One thing that irritates me about BBC reporting of football is that they refuse to include in headlines that they are talking about the women's game. "Spurs sign superstar" screams the headline but then when you read the piece it's some unknown female player.
I always found Soccer Saturday a bit irritating and a bit like being around my dad and his mates. I didn’t mind Le Tissier but the person I found most annoying was Merson, so I’m surprised he’s the one that’s staying. I watched the last 15 mins for the first time yesterday and I thought I heard more about what was going on at the games rather than people just shouting. I was all for new blood.
Apparently so, looking at some on here... Only people who played for a big club before the year 2000 are allowed to comment on football it seems.
Soccer Saturday definately needs some young blood and some fresh enthusiasm. My humble opinion Alex Scott is one of the best commentators out there and Sky should do what they can to get her on the Soccer Saturday team.
I hope they dried the pots after washing them. Start of a slippery slope such laxidasical goings on...
Yes....You haven't got a ****ing clue what went on back in the day,so don't be so flippant in your idiotic judgement.
Are you serious? You really claim that once 'women just washed pots and ironed'! Has the socio-sexual revolution passed you by completely? Are you not impacted by the neo-marxist feminist agenda? Is inverse gender domination reversible situationalist power politics just words to you? The buggars cook anarl. Otherwise we'd all starve. Women. You've gotta love'em. This is all a joke by the way. I do all the cooking in our house. I'm not eating the swill She puts in front of me.
