I'm pretty sure it won't have been weed he was caught with... I'm not sure anyone in their right mind would take weed on a night out with them, as you can hardly roll a spliff in the smoking area outside and get away with it. My money would be on Titus getting caught with coke.

I'm betting on coke too. It's what most footballers get caught doing nowadays anyway. I'd be surprised if he'd been munchin on pills or something instead.

red the article. What did Bramble actually do? It's not like he assaulted the female in the cab by the look of it. I can't believe I'm standing up for Brammer here, but what the heck? What's he done exactly. He's in a cab with some girl he's picked up, and he wants to take her home and the cabbie thinks she doesn't want to, so he drives them to the police station and gets brammer arrested and during the customary search some drugs come up? Well, if there were no just grounds for detaining and searching him, they can't convict him over poss. of drugs right?

From where I'm sitting this has been blown massively out of proportion.

 

Agreed, the cabbie dropped him at the police station cos he and the girl asked to go to different places? And cos something looked wrong? Doesn't add up to me. But I think if you're found with class A, regardless of why you're being searched you're in trouble

its been 8 years since i smoked weed, but you either roll it in the toilets, or you get a backy tin, roll 20 normal cigs and 5 joints of the same size and stick them in the tin, then you smoke them between pubs.

well to me right now it looks like that the female had no visible injuries right? or the ambulance service would be involved, injuries would be documented etc and the female would have actually pressed charges? right now it seems like the muslim cabbie just went nuts, (maybe due to his beliefs?). Again Bramble might have been in posession of class A drugs, pain medication, prescribed to him by his or the club physician.

I mean come on, why would she have agreed to help with the cab fair if she didn't want to go with him. This is nonsense. Some cabbie trying to get his face on the front pages. It's all very peculiar i find.

Just shows how fast you can become a sex offender these days. They make it sound like he bashed her face and did god knows what. They got in a cab together.

 

I know it's a class B, but I was replying to Blind Corner who thought Bramble had just smoked a joint.

I can't see Bramble walking between pubs though like he's a working class lad out with his mates.

 

I cant really see him taking cocain either though, the drug just last 3 days in your system, but drug tests can still see it up to 4-6 weeks later, so pretty tricky taking it as a footballer when you can get a test at any time. It could have been LSD/Acid though, that only stays in your system for a few hours seemingly.

 

Whatever it was, it was daft carrying it!
