The entire clubs under pressure. I've not seen a side so brainless. At what point during that game did you think "****, West Ham have a plan here." Never, they just walked forward, sorta looked around and hoped for a Newcastle mistake. We held the ball well, we didn't make many errors and we looked to go forward everytime they slacked. They were just completely lost.
Basically this. This was actually a very very good performance. Our defence was solid. Hendrick had a very good game. Wilson was amazing. Carroll although people will Say he didn’t do much just review the fact he was actually all over the pitch. West Ham are poor mind.
Bruce in. Can't fault him today, especially after the disaster friendly games. New players looked settled, confident, happy. Jamal, Wilson and Hendrick looked great. I'm gonna presume Alm has a bit of a knock from the Boro game or something, Fraser is clearly not match fit. If we drop Carroll and keep a threatening player on the right we'll win a lot more games.
