Not according to Warnock, thinks one of his team should’ve got it. He’s so bitter in defeat, talking as if they had 5 clear cut chances, ‘result unfair’ etc...

They did but mainly from set plays.

We did ok in defence apart from that.

Foster didn't have that many saves to make really considering they had most of the ball.

I think Colin is trying to talk his team up more than anything. Same as when they had Karanka in charge, they look like they will struggle to score enough goals to be a threat across the division.
I think our so-called "premier league" stars need to give their collective heads a wobble and get used to the idea that they were integral to seeing us relegated because, on any given match day, they weren't good enough. By running away they are not saying that they are still not good enough in themselves but need "better players" to to carry them. This "I'm too good for this ****" nonsense does not cut the mustard with me.

Forgot to mention this before - for anyone who uses the app Flashscores for score updates, they started audio commentary of selected matches last night - having never noticed it before, I think ours was the first match broadcast. You do have to register to access the service, but it's free...
It's not Jon Marks, but it is handy if you're caught travelling when you should either be at the match or at home watching...

Having seen Deeney in his first couple of seasons in the Championship and seeing Pedro for a whole game I think we have potentially found his long term replacement in Troy Pedro, what we need even more is his long term replacement as Captain, that I think will be much harder
Pedro is what I believe Deeney would have been like if we had signed him as a 17/18 year old

    If he stays long enough!

I liked the way Ivic went 2 up fromt when it would have been easy to just swap like for like.

I don't think we could turn down the offer for him..

But definitely didn't do as well when Silva left .

Like for like? Not really an option with that bench!
More to the point it allowed us to try and hold the ball up when cleared due to Middlesboro pressing high. It wasn't an attacking substitution, it was chosen to take the pressure off us a bit.

    Fair point.

He did break up the play with either doing or getting a foul !'
