    Good luck, regarding the smb site, I realised most of PF are negative and unable to articulate their views so easier to criticise - but lots of sound people on the smb page and a few on PF - this site is good but a little vanilla, guess you can do both - good luck with the health thing, amazing how resilient the human can be
