Anyone know how long the appeal process is? I suspect thats all that's left of Ashley's reign
 
This is priming itself for another major city wide meltdown.

I hope the Tyne doesnt evaporate.

There's still a chance imo.. If they appeal and there's some suggestions they wanted the appeal to be on the whole process rather than the refused court of arbitration offer on one specific issue..

You know I love these sagas mate..
 
I have to say mind it doesn't sound like they've appealed or maybe they already did we don't know...

Mate, you’ve made the huge assumption that this rejection is current and not merely before PIF lobbed it in July.

The PL have said previously that they offered arbitration on the point of conflict i.e. the ownership structure and it was refused. What they didn’t say, that Fat Mike now appears to, is that they actually told them it was being rejected on those grounds and the arbitration was effectively the appeal.

Until PIF come out and say they’re appealing the rejection and they still want to buy your club, then **** all has changed, barring Ashley gaining some great local PR with the fanbase.

They came back the table is what's been reported no assumptions.

It's clear the premier don't want to pass it.. Let's see if they appeal apparently like I say this is what pif wanted an appeal on the full process

It’s hearsay not fact that they came back.

If they come out and say they’re appealing the rejection then the saga starts up again, let’s see if that happens mate. I’m calling that it won’t. So you can claim the win if they do.

No way are they just going to walk off licking their wounds. This was part of the plan forcing them to at least fail it and go from there.. Otherwise they'd have just left it

Hearsay from the same people getting abuse on twitter for saying they're talking to pif..last week...

Jus got to see what happens..
