Chocolate with too high a cocoa count causes blisters in my mouth. One time the whole of the roof of my mouth was one giant blister. Weird but true.
It is, cadburys and the like shouldnt be able to advertise as chocolate. The difference is astonishing.
I don't think so. I think it's probably one of those things like hay fever where, when never having suffered from it ever before, you have a bad experience every now and again. I've eaten dark chocolate for a long time - not when I was younger because I didn't like it - and never had any adverse effects. The blister thing was scary so I leave high cocoa chocolate alone now. Still eat the occasional jaffa cake okay
