It's the frequency (60hz or 50hz depending upon which country you live in). They don't fly at LED lights as the're DC with no cycling.

It's ripping the heart out of the club for me. I know a few players probably wanted away, but the management of Mumba for instance is outrageous. As soon as the kid signed his contract he was flung back to the development lads to manage.
