    Lets all stop posting on their board for a while, as its gone tits up over there and we are not helping. I dont want to be in the situation where the decent mackem posters leave due to it, because if they do that will be the end of any banter between the two boards.

    Lets wait for a while (cest and mackemsrule need a break from the hammering they've been getting anyway :D)

    Im not saying leave them forever, just give them a few days. I dont want to be in the situation when people like sidthemackem blackcatsteve and the super mod leave, becasue there all good lads <ok>

    the reason the traffic from our board has gone over there is because of their stupidity. all the **** they are going through on here they are causing it themselves.. they ****ing force each other to leave by arguing over differing opinions. they are so arrogant they blame us, they shy away from the difficulties of being a fan of a team in turmoil. they are just showing they are not true supporters.. a true supporter would get through it all no matter the odds and no matter the amount of stick... they are just acting like thin skinned babys

    'Super Mod' has been biting like a little bitch lately too <laugh> To be honest i'm rarely on their board and don't antagonise them (do enough of that with you lot!) but I think its all part of the banter, after the **** they've given us over Keegan/Ashley/Kinnear/Llambias/relgation/Barton etc I say let them have it.

    I don't really post anything on their board mainly because of the lack of activity there. Serves them right really for bragging about their so called "better" squad compared to ours.

    I don't bother myself but have seen enough ****e over the years from their fans when things have been alright at the toon let alone when in turmoil to think there should be no mercy. Swings and round-a-bouts, we'll get their ****e again so might as well get stuck in while you can. At the end of the day it's just local rivalry at it's best, nothing new!

    I know syd is liked by alot and some people from here but i really think he is too passionate to have so much power on this forum. but i would say the same about most mods put in that position. i think a solution to getting fair moderation would be to have at least 1 fan from a different club be mods on different boards. say an arsenal mod on sunderland board man u mod on here ect.. just to give an unbiased opinion

    if they leave then they shouldnt have been on here in the first place. at the end of the day. rivals will be rivals, and as bitter a rival as this cannot take breaks because someone is upset. we have been through hell the last few years, dont like to see it happen any club but they were laughing in our faces because of it. a bit of banter but theres no point people getting angry and generally trying to hurt people over it. at the end of the day there are a few decent people over there on the dark side.

    banter is banter, football is football, rivals are rivals.
