He needs to be partnered with a proper box to box midfielder. I still firmly believe Almiron would make a fantastic box to box cm. His tracking back is phenomenal and he's not afraid to tackle. Fraser right, Alm centre with Hendrick for me.
I agree, but not about almiron **** that.... Tbh it's real shame that **** soumoure has a brain or he'd have been here alongside shelvey already
I think we're really missing a trick with Almiron, he does the work most don't want to do. But no matter what your opinion on his actual playing style is, its imperative he plays in the middle. Hendrick is a good player too, better than Shelvey and Longstaff. Needs to start. We haven't actually offered Fraser a contract yet, nor have we offered a deal for Wilson. Club is being very lazy.
Totally agree. It’s why his passing gets him out of jail sometimes. He’s slow and positionally crap aswell. Nolan was slow but he positioned himself well around the picth.
Nolan was a better player all around.... Shelvey gets away with being ****e... He can be effective on his day... I just get sick of him missing shots from yards numerous times and watching the opposition run passed him like his made of lead... Its a shame if he was good at long range efforts he's get away with it, but he doesn't

I was thinking last night has our first even played together yet? He seems to just throw out random teams... If he wants a fitness exersize just get them out running.. I see no value in the side not practicing playing togther.. What can they learn??
