Apologies for the drift, back in the Reid era, I was in the queue at halftime. One of the stewards escorted a guy to the front of the queue accompanied by much anguish of other folk, he said "this gentleman requires a refund for his burger", slop jockey says "why" the steward dropped the burger on the counter, made a noise like a brick dropping, steward says "that's why". Was quite funny TBF.

Unfortunately and as i said on here a few weeks ago having spoken to someone at the club 3 weeks ago i also believe this to be the case.
