Do we need a coalition? If so, who should we "coalish" with?

What about Peterborough, then we could get Minxey to massage our economies..........<whistle>

QUOTE=Blue Prophet;1404841]I'd give you the job NP mate, but with qualifications like this

"Because I'm good at doing absolutely f**k all whilst spouting a complete load of gibberish".

Have you considered a position with our neighbours from the West? I know it would go against the grain but you would be eminitely qualified to be the "leader of the opposition"

Mind you thinking about it, there is not exactly a LACK of people down West with your qualifications ;)[/QUOTE]

I wouldn't like to lead any opposition to Cardiff City, there seems to be enough of that judging by the the WUMs that come on to this board. BTW I live in SE london so I wont claim much on the travel expenses.

We could all claim that the CCS was our second home and help Malky out with a bit of cash! (or just spend it on beer)<cheers>

Could we get Linford Christie on board to act as Black Rod? The opening of parliament would never be the same again. <ok>

John Hughes a moderator. . . isn't that a little like placing Myra Hindley in charge of the nursery? Sorry, sorry, I know.

Can I suggest that our first acts of parliament are:

You can smoke or eat what you grow

Football matches kick off at 3:00pm on a Saturday..........or 7:30 on a Wednesday

"Bubble trips" outlawed if a club has a decent record.

Affordable tickets for football matches................15% of all tickets capped at £15 and £5 for under 16's

Cup final and major game tickets, go to "real" fans..........the plastics and corporate mob can fight for what is left

Subsidised football shirts, IF you live within the post code of your chosen team

Football clubs to subsidise school playing fields...............clubs not allowed to sign players under 16 that live more than 30 miles from their ground

The cost of pies and drinks at football grounds subsidised to the same extent as the cost of tickets to the opera or the ballet.

I'll sort out the economy tomorrow and Sunday.................it's my birthday Monday so world peace will have to wait until Tuesday ;)

On the subject of sprouts...why don't they eat them in Brussels? (apart from the fact they're Satan's little balls of compressed air)

You never got Offa with a Dyke on a Friday Night? You've never lived M8..........Saturday Night is when you meet your Missus or your partner . Friday is the night for adventure...........after all you pull on a Friday and you have to leave your "new loves" bed, or kick her out at 5:30am.................you need to leave at 7:00am for an away game

if she gives you a lift to the coach..............AND makes you sandwiches for the trip fair play <ok>

cheese in your sandwich, well she is in with a shout, get a scotch egg as well well just marry her <ok>
