    Cheers. There was one black and white at his funeral with a Sunderland shirt on. If I’d put one on he would have said “What you doing you daft sod?”

    That's where I come from originally, a guy I used to play footy with refused to take his mam to Washington to look at a new carpet, said it was too close to Sunderland. LOL.

    Had to wear a black and white top once when I was playing. Emergency second kit. Fuming , I agreed to wearing it inside out. Red gave me somewhe queer looks but said nowt after the captain had a word.

    Mind, if it was a good mate's funeral, and I have a good few who are unfortunately of the wrong persuasion, I wouldn't hesitate if I was asked.
