    My mates father was a staunch mag, would never get on the 755 bus from Stanley to CLS as it said Sunderland on the front. Strange.

    I agree mate, but we've gone from free transfers and loan deals of EFL players to bidding 500k + on foreign targets. IMO, either it's a major change in Donald's outlook, or someone else, possibly connected with the takeover, is guaranteeing the funds.
