My console over the years list in order.. Sega master system Sega mega drive Nintendo 64 Xbox 360 Xbox One x. i'll wait a bit after the xbox series x comes out to get that one. as you can see I've never been a PlayStation guy, the Controllers are dogshit imo
You missed out on years of good gaming then - the PS2 was in every single conceivable way a far better console than the Xbox, which was a piece of junk. Man, I was thinking back last night of my days of gaming on the PS2, even back the WWE games had indepth ****ing career modes with dialogue trees, cutscenes, unique stories depending on the wrestlers, it was somewhat random too, you could end up tag teaming with someone out of the blue, having a new rival or partner, dating a diva or whatever. Now? Even the ****ing matches are too buggy and make the game unplayable. Industry has gone to utter ****e. Im using wrestling as an example, but that's what it's like for EVERYTHING. Wide as an ocean gaming, deep as a puddle.
Obviously I played the PS I just never bought one, worms and command and conquer I remember being good games though
Actually... worms WMD is about 15quid on the Microsoft store ive got it on the gamepass but would deffo buy it after playing. Its exactly like the original on the ps, but revamped with new weapons and game modes ect. I know they tried a few 3d worms games but they were trash. This one's basically the old one but new, if ya know what I mean. Great game for the stoner tbh
There was a point that I was selling rabbits to a local butcher, I'd take my air rifle out on a night shift and bag about 10. Grab a mate to pick me up in a Landover and I'd take them to a local guy, can't remember how much he paid. ****ed up one night though as we're on our way to the butcher and we got called to pick up our boss to take him home early, my mate is sat in the back with a bunch of dead rabbits and my boss is going on about the smell and I'm bullshitting saying my dog was in here earlier. Just about got away with it.
Yeah I much prefer my Xbox. Even for the games out on all platforms like GTAV and Fallout. The install times for PS4 games from when you put the disk in until you’re playing the game is about 10-15 seconds and Xbox can be 10-15 hours as Libby found out, that’s the only advantage tbh. New Xbox series x is backwards comparable from day one I believe, so both current gen consoles PS4 Slim and Xbox One X will be getting traded in.
I realised I’ve owned every U.K. Sony, Sega, Xbox and Nintendo console the other day, apart from Nintendo GameCube and Sega Dreamcast. The Sega Gamegear and SuperNintendo were my favourites as a kid. Xbox 360 probably the one I caned the most.
I had an atari lynx handheld thing, got Duke nukem with it, that was class lil thing tbh had it years. The dreamcast proper bombed for Sega, had all those arcade games like virtua fighter and the racing game ridge racer. I forgot I had a wii for about 2months before deciding it was gash. Just dance can be fun during a piss up though
Bethesda are working on a game called Starfield or something, it’ll be slurped up by the mongs but it’ll be utter **** like literally every other sci-fi game ever.
Dreamcast killed Sega consoles. I loved my Sega Saturn. There was a football game that was class, worldwide soccer or something.
I'll use my Xbox 1 in the living room once I get a new one as it's handy for DVD's and things like Sky Go being HD for free, I also have a mates BT password so it's a useful box.
I always thought the saturn, genesis and dreamcast were the same machine just Named different in different countries.?
Nah the Saturn was released at the same time as the PS1. It had Virtua Fighter, Virtua Cop and Sega Rally. Sick console. Genesis was the Megadrive 2 in USA I believe.
Remember the Sony CD. When mega drives tried docking a cd deck to the console. Lol. They were terrible.
