Is the 250gb one worth getting over the 4GB one? I only want it for Fifa 2012, a few driving games and a COD 8. and no I dont want a PS3
Yes, you will find the 4 gb could run out quickly when downloading game DLC like Halo map packs and Forza csr packs. Plus its an idea to install your games on your harddrive as if you do so then should your disc be wrecked beyond normal playable condition the console will only need to recognise that the disc is in the tray and it will play the game off the saved game data on the hard drive. Long story short, 250 gb is a much preferable option to the 4 gb
I'm not sure but I think if you get the lower capacity XBox you can upgrade to the higher capacity drive later. Certainly on the XBox 360 the disk drive is a detatchable unit on the top of the box. Maybe worth checking out.
Fair enough, maybe some other Saints fan would like to take me up on my offer. <pisspornslutsfilminthemaking>
I've got both. Only get a PS3 if you want it for media, online gaming is terrible in comparison to XBOX. I would get the 250gb otherwise further down the line you will only end up needing to upgrade the hard-drive.
Well I got the 250GB xbox with Fifa 2012. Looked again at the PS3 and its well gay, the COD games online suck.
I've got both. First choice: Get a PS3. The hard-drives are extrememly customisable as you only need to by a SATA 2.5" hard-drive for it (On a 500gb one now). Second choice: Get the xbox360 250gb. You'll lose all of that 4gb within seconds, especially if you want to install some games to the hardrive to reduce loading times. - Xbox's do seem to have a problem with certain Netgear routers when trying to connect wirelessly, so be weiry of that if you have one.
Thats why I got the 250gb in the end. I use a sky router, which is netgear, and it connected up no problems, so will watch out in future if it plays up. Now I need a steering wheel
