Ah Ricky Pen last min after an England call up if I remember well. 2-0 to us then in the 90th & 91st min, JWP & Ings
This is our traditional slow start to the season v our decent away form from last season, added to our equally decent history at Palace. Probably the best away match to start the season with. Based on recent trips I am hoping for the form to continue.
Yep. I'd be very surprised if that starting XI was anything different. Possible that the bench might be slightly different (eg Boufal), but surely not the starting XI. Fitness permitting. I'm never quite sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, to be honest (for any club). Nice to have a settled side, but possibly suggests a lack of suitable other options.
I am slightly worried, Zaha will be desperate to get his own back on us - and he is a fantastic player on his day. Fingers crossed it doesn't come back to bite us!
Yep it was our post lockdown form that has made me miss it, I can't see us starting as slowly as last season as the first team is pretty much established now and no major injuries *touch wood*
None of it seems real yet. I have very little appetite at the moment for watching televised games in empty stadiums. What a weird year.
Referee: Jonathan Moss. Assistants: Marc Perry, Dan Robathan. Fourth official: Simon Hooper. VAR: Craig Pawson. Assistant VAR: Nick Hopton.
Are there any VAR changes this season? Or we still gonna wait hours to see if someone's uncut fingernail is offside.
