Seen the 17 year old who shot dead 2 BLM supporters, very slow mental age, blm supporters, attack people with guns, be they police or not and you're going to get hurt. Can see him getting off with it as well, self defence all the way.

Anyone else think this thread is getting very middle of the road and tame these days? There used to be some controversial opinions but now it’s all so mainstream.

 

GUYS - I know feelings run high when it’s religion, politics, racism, BLM, Far Right, EDL (the list can go on) but we have to think who might be looking in on these threads as we’re going to attract a lot more attention now we are in the PL.

Use strong language as much as you like but we need to refrain from adding anything like ‘Blacks, Paki even Irish, English in front of it. With what happened to LeedsLover I’d hate for us to lose anyone else for a remark said in the heat of the moment.

I'm Irish and have had loads of **** thrown at me. I've had it in the military, but I give it back and I've never been offended. I can understand in this precious, snowflake, tree hugging, bias left wing society that we live in that words like, n###er, paki, etc etc may offend. But how does using BLACK, WHITE, BROWN, RED, YELLOW offend.

I've never resorted to name calling or insults. I've put forward facts as I believe them. Others may not.
I got banned from a thread on the PL board for having an opinion that conflicted with those who run/manage the site.
I will argue/debate/discuss anything with anyone without any malice. You have your views and I have mine

BUT

That's not the case with everyone. I didn't agree with LL and he pushed the envelope but he got a lot of **** back too. I do think he went too far but if you're not on the left then you're having to be on defence a lot of the time.

I don't think I'm an extremist. I didn't support Corbyn but that doesn't make me a Nazi.
I would vote Trump because Biden is a joke. You can't just hate Trump, you have to consider the alternative.

We live in a problem time. They're quick to identify the problems but can't offer a sensible solution.

There is a blame culture. No one foresaw the dangers of Covid early enough but it's still Trump and Boris fault.

It's tough having an opinion if it is different to yhe hysterical MSM.

When the vitriol spilled over after my foray onto the PL board I felt like it was my fault.
