They've got quite a squad now have West Ham! Almunia, Green, Nolan, Noble, Carew, Matt Taylor, Bentley, Carlton Cole, etc... <yikes>

.....and still lost 1-0 at home to Ipswich.
Have a sneaking feeling that West Ham could implode. Hope so. :emoticon-0116-evilg

I'd LOVE for West Ham to do anything but get promoted. I have nothing against them (in fact, them hating Milwall makes me reasonably fond of them) but the way they've gone about this whole relegation thing has been so arrogant. The owners keep talking about what they'll do when they go back up and even Allardyce has said he will resign if they don't go up.

More like a bloody premiership team! Oh well, the pressure is on them massively, if they don't make it this season they are 100% completely and totally cerfuckerooliated with that new spending rule coming in next season.

I Think this is how I see the table looking come the end of the season...

    1. West Ham
    2. Middlesborough
    3. Ipswich
    4. Cardiff
    5. Blackpool or Leicester
    6. Hull City

Dont see Southampton, Derby or Brighton finishing in top 6

I doubt that a team averaging 2.11 ppg will reach the play-off's either. :emoticon-0112-wonde

That would be top of the league Southampton, who've W6 D1 L2, while scoring 21 goals(that's three times as many as us in nine games), yet you think we'll finish 6th?

I'm all for a little blind optimism and I don't necessarily think they'll finish in the automatics, but they have a far better chance of finishing in the play-off's than we do.

I personally believe that we're probably as high as we possibly can expect to be whilst scoring less than a goal a game.. makes James Chester look like god and Hobbs like Moses doesn't it?

I Know, now that i just rediculous he is to good for the championship, I still think he is as good as Sergio Aguero. West Ham think they are the best thing sice sliced bread, the way they have responded to getting relegated is disgusting. In the next two years they will go bankrupt, because lets face it, they are in at least 150 million in debt!!!

If you look at the teams they've played so far though, they are all in the lower/bottom end of the table, they played Ipswich before they signed JB and Andrews and before Ipswich turned the corner.

They lost to better sides like Leicester and Cardiff.

They've beaten Ipswich, Millwall, Forest, Birmingham, Non any great shakes.
