Rodriguez signed for Madrid when they had Ronaldo, Benzema and Bale, yet still managed to get nearly 1 in 2 for them when he played. He had 2 good seasons at Bayern who wanted to make his move permanent but the player himself didn’t want it. It’s really only last season after returning to Madrid that he found himself largely unused. He’s top quality and is a player Carlo knows very well, if he can stay fit I think he’ll be sound in the PL, but as always, we’ll find out.
"Hey Allen wanna come to psg and be paid a fortune while playing in the cl with some of the best players in the world?." Allen: "nah bro I'm going Everton"
What I’m seeing with the Everton hate is exactly what I saw when Spurs decided to break up the traditional top 4 The Old Sky 4 don’t like anyone becoming a threat to them 4 spots. We replaced our rivals...once Klopp goes, defo at the latest but probably before then...I can see the tide turning in Merseyside too.
Napoli knocked it back yer dick. You should remember him anyway, as he ran your midfield ragged in the CL last season.
There is quite a big difference between what Spurs did and what Everton are doing, you seem smart, I’m sure you can work it out
The old ‘stay in your lane’ narrative mate. The temerity of signing a World Class manager who can attract top quality players though. Thoroughly shameful behaviour. They’ll be shouting about FFP shortly if this carries on bro.
This is exactly it - every single club that gets even a sniff is dismissed. Like how can anyone new on the scene have the audacity to spend money, sign a decent player or win a game. Chelsea got ****, City, Spurs, now they're so ****ing manic cos it's getting crowded that they're barking at Everton, Wolves and all the rest. Even when the Newcastle takeover was possible ****ing Scousers were having pops. it's funny as ****.
I see a lot of similarities plans for a new stadium in the pipeline A manager that can attract household names has come in Trying to sign star names regardless of age to bump up club profile We got Redknapp Started signing players like Van Der Vaart, kinda past it but still got enough magic to help us go upwards. We signed players like Gallas who were in their 30’s but had experience of playing where we wanted to go. I believe they have a chairman who will probably loosen the purse strings a lot more than ours. I dunno I see them to be the next threat...Lesta/Wolves are trying too, to an extent in their own ways. I don’t see any other club realistically trying to shuffle the pack...the rest are just happy to be in the PL
yeah cos Everton have just started splashing the cash . for the last 4 years they've been spending their dodgy east european money like a PL player on holiday in Mykonos .
