Not even that if we are giving staged payments. There will be no payments for appearences the canterville ghost has been seen more.

Roberts is a better option than Bamford up front. He's just always injured. I'd give him this season to have a run at it. I think it was the Fulham game where Bamford came off at half time and Roberts moved up top. He really gave them trouble picking up intelligent positions and running the channels. He held the ball up well and played others in constantly. He created alot of the space for the counter attacks. That 45 minutes convinced me that he has a good amount of talent. I would have liked to see him get a run of 10-15 games injury free but it doesn't seem like his body is capable.

Keep him for this season and then sell him for 50 million next summer. Looking at the market he ticks alot of boxes. He is British, played in PL, under 23, has a fancy haircut. Got to be 50 million.

Always knew Leeds Utd would be better with a bit of Spanish/South American so in view of Bielsa and his coaching staff and Rodrigo and Rodrigo De Paul I thought I would practice a bit. Yes this is me after 2 hours with the Lonny Donegan learn how to play book.:emoticon-0132-envy:

Well well well, it seems Tyler Roberts may have knocked back Wales as it looks like Derby County are trying to buy him, now it looks like he's surplus to requirements. I for one hope its true

I hope we are getting decent money for him. Bare minimum should be 5 million.

Ell is his agent, read the small print as it will be well over the original 50 when you sign.

I’ll do my deal direct with Emu while El is still choking the chicken over the picture of Maggie on the politics thread.

What do estate agents do for their money anyway. I remember I bought a property off plan direct from a developer before he’d put them on the market. He put the rest on with a local agent and when the agent realised one was sold he asked me... ‘how did you do that?’I said I picked up the phone called the developer and agreed a deal, put it in an email cc’d in the solicitors. ‘But how did you resolve any issues?’

‘Err Me the developer and our solicitors worked through any queries when they arose’

    ‘oh’

    ‘what about the finance?’

    ‘Err... used my mortgage broker’

    ‘oh’

I felt a bit bad for making it so obvious his job was pointless and unnecessary.

    no offence El <laugh>

Yup, bought and sold my first house without an estate agent, it's pretty simple and can save a lot of wedge.
I think the term is 'cutting out the middleman'.
Then again I have been involved in some property deals, so swings and roundabouts.

Yeh having a middle man can help if things get a bit feisty with nervous buyers.

Don’t tell him we said that.
