Exactly, but if you want to stop a flood you go far enough upstream and stop it at source...

But if it's going to flood you put in other measures like sand banks

I'm no Bruce fan, but how man managers have failed under Ashley? Not one of them including pardew didn't get ****ed over..

That's exactly what Ashley does but he's prepared to fix the job properly

Yes but they all knew what they were getting in to.

Bruce has decided he wants what resources we have spent on centre backs.

Mike Ashley does **** all with the club

Let's get back on the point I was making

The biggest issue is our owner..

These guys are all doing well imo... If you look at where the club finishes all of them have done OK.

    Yes and no.

Mike's only job is providing extra finance. He's failed.

The squad/ players etc is all down to Charnley, Nickson and Bruce.

Isn't Bruce the lowest paid manager in the league? It's certainly not 13th highest paid

You are this is the biggest problem.. There's not one area of the club that quality is put before cost...nufc doesn't seek to aspire in any singular area and in a league full of quality it shows.

He's the lowest paid as he is the ****test.

However Charnley did the deal not Ashley.

Charnley actually does well with very limited resources.. He won't be on much on comparison to the rest in his role at other clubs....

It's business problem solving.. You go as far upstream as possible to identify where the problem came from... For me I blame the owner not the underpaid staff

I'll remember that the next time a sports direct member ducks up my order.

Sports direct staff are treated like dirt, so in all honesty I would blame the owner.

There's something which has been proved time and time again and that's that happy staff get better results.
