Not sure why Liverpool fans are so bothered by this, honestly you want him still captaining Man Utd as he's limited at best. The slab-headed, police-beating abandoner. Still though, wouldn't believe any of the accounts without more investigation. I wish he was a better player so i could care more.
There was video of him punching a guy in the face (from what i recall of the video the guy seemed like he deserved it) but more importantly he was actually a pivotal player so the wumming potential was simply much more.
Mate the fact 99% of the posters pushing this on here are scousers says it all. Even a few on your board aren't frothing like the 3 or 4 of you on here. And as I've said before, pretty much every United fan anywhere is calling Maguire out over it. So bringing up Gerrard and the way ALL Livpl fans defended him pretty much sums up the difference and the delusion in Livpl fans. That and the blind defence of the buck tooth racist who went around eating players makes a mockery of any position Liverpool fans hold on this.
Let's not forget the outrage at the idea Suarez could have been banned from playing for Liverpool for the bite whilst playing for Uruguay. Presumably even if Maguire was locked up in Greece then by the same "logic" it shouldn't mean he can't play for Man Utd. Obviously those lines of reasoning only work if you're actually diagnose-able.
Not really sure how Suarez fits into this? He committed no criminal acts, and his blase racism was condemned. Just the kangaroo court and preposterous sentence over and above everyone else for the same offence that caused umbridge. More applicable would be to drag Rooney pissed up beating up students into it, and Giggs being known to social services for knocking woman about including put one in hospital.

I've lived on Merseyside and Chester - these arseholes are absolutely no different in real life. If they stayed on their own board and ****ed each other off, I'd have no problem, but since winning the title they've oozed out of their cage like a rancid bit of diarrhea and they're just stinking it all up.
