Phil, can't stand reality tv myself. Load of tosh. Most of it's worse than our back 4 on a bad day. That said, I did have to watch TOWIE yesterday 'cause 'er in doors was curious. One of the best lines I've ver heard about a typical Towie type looking at 2 different cars a 70k sporty type & a 5k bubble car ..... They've got the same coloured back lights. They're both red!!!

Do you get such garbage up north?

    Boggers Phil loves TOWIE!

I agree though mate, reality tv is carp and I'm sure it was invented for nosy birds just like soaps!

Bucks, at least Soaps occasionally tackle real social issues & can be a vehicle for change. Reality programmes such as BB & TOWIE are just garbage. In some regards they highlight everything that's wrong with the UK; talentless people getting themselves on the telly, making a quick buck, & then selling their story about their talentless lives, or better still, bagging a footballer with equal brainpower who has more money than sense.

TOWIE's well embarrassing, living in Essex you get tarred with the same brush as them. It's like watching Made in Chelsea & saying all Chelsea supporters are posh twats.
Btw my teenage daughters force me to watch those programmes....honest <whistle>

Afternoon LiE. I wondered when you were going to chip in. Me thinks that your final sentence lacks probative value. In short, we don't believe you.

Yep,you've got me there Boggers,I give TOWIE a look cos my niece used to go out with one of those perma tanned plonkers,& my girls sometimes see them about so I try to take an interest but it's so set up it's laughable.
