thought all three pundits were passed their sell by date - a high proportion of listeners wouldn't even know who they were - there has to be a shelf life to bring in someone fresh and by all means shake it up a bit - but don't try too hard to bring someone in just to appear to be diverse - for instance from what i've seen of Evra he's been excellent, where as Campbell and Ince have been useless - its all about opinions though and not everyone is going to agree with everything every pundit says but like everything in life, just because you think something doesn't mean everyone else agrees everyone should be given a chance, if they're crap most people will soon get bored and switch off and they'll be moved on - lets see who Sky come up with although one thing's for certain, they wont please all of the people all of the time
A good source of information. Leaves people better informed than those clowns who say they are better informed than people who read the MSM as they get their information from reading social media (in other words they trawl the net for something which fits in with what they think and 5hen declare that is a vindication and definitive proof.) This story was reported elsewhere. Would you have deemed it acceptable if was from the Mirror online or Guardian online. That was a close call. Nearly forgot a full stop which would have caused you anxiety and stress.
As the three of them supposedly have a year on their contracts they will be paid up on them. Which makes you wonder why they did not wait until then instead of incurring extra costs by appointing new presenters. What is the rush? Some sort of new target to be met? Something is going on at SKY, the latest rumours is Goals One-day and The Debwte could be for the chop.
I always enjoy listening to Tiss. Comes across as someone with a bit of intelligence, unlike some others who can talk about well football but little else. If I compiled a video of my favourite goals Le Tiss would feature heavily.
they won’t be employees - they will be freelancers or through a holding company & paid on a per diem or per show basis. As such, contractors have zero employment rights. Hire & fire as you please
This... I remember when Keys and Gray where sacked for sexism that it was strange how stunning the female presenters where. Case of munters need not apply... re the pundits prob time for a change and no other reason.
You're so out of touch these days, using a full stop on social media can cause anxiety and stress among the snowflakes. It is a sign of aggression and closure of the conversation. Saw it in a newspaper somewhere but can't find a link now.
That was why I mentioned it. It affects Generation Z. The ones that are going to save the planet and show us how it is done. Heaven help those who will still be around.
You're asking me like I'm in charge of Sky? If Le Tissier is such as staunch supporter of capitalism, he should respect his private employer's right to sack him. Or maybe Sky are just having cutbacks and it has nothing to do with anything anyone's said on Twitter.
