Suck For Luck

There's rumours going around that certain teams are deliberately going to throw the season so they can get a shot at the number 1 pick in the draft, which will inevitably mean drafting Mr Luck from Stanford. Is it morally wrong to do this?

 

Is it any different to match fixing? And I think the draft should be worked out on who has the worst record over the last 5 - 10 years
