It is fun and there is a fair bit of luck involved. But!... To be succesfull you need to spend a fair bit of time tinkering around, studying form and have your eye on the ball with injuries, match cancellations, buying/selling etc. The best I ever did was I managed to make it into the top 9,000 out of 3.5 million or so a few years ago. It was all very time consuming and became pretty obsessive in the end...I got out while the going was good and haven't played it since! ...Don't let that put you off however!
