Storey, who obviously has an interest in the club keeps referencing FPP. He's obviously spoken to the club, probably Rodwell, and knows people in the game. So, without any offence, I'll believe him just a little more than the bunch of 'nothing's happening' knackers. Storey might be loopy but he has more contacts, in football, than all of us put together.

The way he's doing it publicly does suggest something like that is going on, otherwise what's the point trying to get the fans onside there's bugger all we can do about it.
