Yeah I’m pretty sure he is. 15m is a good deal if true for a player with I think 3 years left on his contract, even if he is in his late 20s.
Solid signing, isn’t one that’ll get you off your seats but these sort of signings tend to do well for Spurs. Him and Hojbjerg bring Prem proven experience to the fold and both are upgrades on their respective positions. £15m if true is also really good value.

The Ndombele-Inter rumours have resurfaced now that Conte is set to stay at Inter.
I must admit I’m starting to really believe that Ndombele doesn’t want to be here, the ITKs (take with salt) aren’t saying too many nice things about him and are suggesting his team are pushing for a move but whether that’s true or not, I think someone in his position, being a club record signing who’s had a tough season, could’ve come out on social media by now and said something along the lines of “let’s go for next season” or something on that wavelength to indicate he’s willing to prove himself.
All hypoethical of course but if we could agree a swap deal with him and Skriniar (ideally getting cash too but doubtful) and then try to get Rakitic if those links are true, that’s a scenario I’d be all for.

It sounds like Leverkusen have leapfrogged Milan in the race for him so I’d imagine so.
I’d imagine Doherty will be come in as first choice and if the Ipswich game is anything to go by, Gedson will be his understudy.

However, it's weird: he was born in January 1992 but signed for Wolves in August 2010, which means that technically he shouldn't be HG as he was at Wolves for two and a half years before his 21st birthday...and I'll shut up now
