I liked the post because I thought it was witty. I have many vices but betting isn't one of them, so dont bother offering me any kind of bet, I don't. We are a side on the slide and I haven't seen any evidence from either Ehab or McCann (yet) to think that this is going to change. Anyone know why there’s no relegation odds up anywhere? Looks like we’ve made a few good signings for this league, But if we’ve still got ol Grant in charge I wouldn’t be surprised to see us keep falling. Couple that with a losing mentality and there’s a good chance it could happen. If we’re 5 or 6th favourites to win the league I’d imagine we’d be pretty long odds to go down when they eventually get released.
Would have thought the 6th favourites to win the league would be a bit longer than 10/1 to get relegated. Oh well, suppose that’s why you never see a skint bookie
With the signings we have made, I'm genuinely looking forward to the season and think we have a great chance of doing well and it wouldn't surprise me at all if we went straight back up. I don't think there is a realistic chance of us going down again, but that's just me

Called Whitehead’s – but no connection to the one in Hornsea – the new takeaway will start serving up meals on Thursday in Cottingham Road, close to McDonald’s. Owner Lee Whitehead says he has been looking to open a fish and chip shop for some time and has now taken over the former Fryer Tuck premises. He said: “I have a love affair with fish and chips and I have been looking for a suitable place to open my own takeaway for two years. “I have carried out a full renovation and I think it looks pretty cool.” “At the moment it is just takeaway but we are hoping to do home delivery in the near future.” Mr Whitehead has made the decision not to use traditional methods of frying the food to cater for vegetarians.
