You’d be good at running the country Ellers....you never answer a straight question so would fit in well
Not from what I read. That is when cases were on the decline and we started opening up again. Totally agree re schools. I don’t have the answers only what I read and what the are saying. However they really need to go back to school.
I think I have answered many post (without having to apologise to others) PS I would be crap at running the country or make the decisions these people have to make. That’s why I’m am not too critical.
Oh come on Ellers.....even you’d admit you never answer a question with a straight answer. You’ve done it to me so many times I now don’t bother asking.....and only recently Strolls kept asking you a straight question that you wouldn’t answer and just kept changing the subject. As I say, you’d make a great politician as all sides do the same.....hats off to ya fella, your talent is wasted
We get back to the same argument that this pandemic has put us in unprecedented times and mistakes will be made. I heard last night on the news that the new track and trace app seems to be doing well. So now it seems they are getting it right? We should welcome that.
You hear a lot of news and read a lot of articles. They all seem incredibly complimentary of the government. But, on the off chance that’s true, well done to all involved to get us to where other countries have been for some time and it’s just a shame about it being late and suspiciously expensive.
Actually that is not correct. I really like Stroller and have always said he is a top postears ( one of my favourites)... however that ridiculous post about the Tories day was beneath him. Point one debunked by another poster. Point 2-3 regarding France was wrong. As we speak their infection rate is 6 times higher than ours. So were the government correct to take them off the list? Especially when we know that 80-90% of our previous Covid problems came from Europe. Funny no one on here has said well done they acted quickly or wants to debate that... yet I avoid answering things? point 4 was going on about Grant Schnapps but the idiot that wrote that forgot to mention that when Spain was taken off the list he was out there and had to quarantine for 2 weeks ( which he says he did but no doubt we will probably hear he had an eye test near a castle instead of staying home). So after reading the first 4 incorrect points I couldn't be bothered with the rest. I wasn’t hiding from answering.
Officially the trace and track system is NOT doing well Ellers. Only 70 % of contacts are traced and asked to isolate. No one checks that they do Same with quarantine...no one checks that you are quarantining. ( Other than the sister in law of Dominic Raab, who was wounderously rang by the trace and trace people, and so told the newspaper)
You know I read all news from all angles. As for the government I am always moaning about something. Only the other day I mentioned about selling out the fisherman. However it finally seems we are getting things right ( nearly) whereas other countries seem to be not so well off, so I don’t get your point? As I said France recorded nearly 6 times the amount of cases. Spain has gone through the roof and even Germany has has spikes not seen during the deadly months. Maybe the quarantine and measures put in place are working for us?
That's your view from your comfy seat in the south of England....maybe she actually is ahead of the game with implementing the recommendations of her advisors for the good health of the people.of Scotland and isn't playing political cat and mouse. The debacle that is the government in Westminster are doing a gramd job in splitting up the Union, with both their Brexit policy and how they've handled COViD - Sturgeon should be thankful for their ineptitude! For your info, the Scottish Government got absolute pelters for days from the TV, papers and social media up here with regards to the exam mess, and after 16 and 17 year old kids started their campaign against the injustices, the pulled the U-tutn and went back to teacher assessed grades. The English government then went and used almost the exact same algorithm, with the exact same chaos in respect of the results - and then further caused more panic, firstly rejecting any form of U-turn, then messed about with the appeals process, scrapped that, then finally U-turned. They had a two week headstart on the Scottish Government (results up here have to go out earlier as out term dates are different) but still couldn'y come up with a solution.
There will be around 3 - 4 million anti-corona protesters in Berlin on August 29th. The number of "woke" people is contineously rising as they do at last understand what is at stake. The actions that have been taken in Australia show that they are trying to build up police states everywhere and of course they do use testing grounds. Step by step reducing human rights and it is obvious there are a lot of very stupid people around accepting/appreciating wearing muzzles. The Great Reset is the only reason why this is happening. Lack of education the reason why so many people fall for that hoax.
