I dare say the SNP will campaign at next year's Holyrood elections on an Indyref2 agenda and when they win the majority of seats, which the surely will, that will give them a mandate to hold another referendum. Although, in saying that, that mandate is already in place. Legislation has went through the Scottish Parliament and been passed that Indyref2 will happen. A good showing in the Scottish elections will strengthen it though. Westminster denying that mandate will probably be the last nail in the unions coffin.
There was a massive stooshy only a couple of days ago about patients in England being sent from hospital to care homes all through this pandemic mate. Most doesn't come from other countries. England gets most of it's oil and gas from UK oil and gas fields. What happens when the "UK" oil and gas fields become Scottish oil and gas fields? Do you actually think Scotland will lose England as a customer?
