Exactly, whats to be gained by making stuff up and then making sure as many people know about it as possible. He is genuine however he doesn't appear to be the preferred bidder. That could change if things grind to a halt elsewhere though.

I have seen it too. I take any information as being genuine, assume everyone sharing is genuine, hope for the best and move on. I wont be sending abuse to anyone if things don't pan out as we all hope. Nor will I dismiss tweets coming from the only direct source in all of this business from one of the potential new owners because hes a bit off the wall in his approach. I think anyone sharing info are genuinely getting snippets of information from people closer to the club hierarchy than I will ever be and take all of it at face value. Whatever will be will be and will not detract from me being happy to hear all of this as without it I would hear nothing. I wont be getting my "Furhman SAFC/FTM" tattoo just yet though in the same way I wont be getting a Storey one. I will happily sit and let this play out to its natural conclusion because thats all I can do.

Fair point well made. If his only motivation is publicity for his drinks business hes going to get found out pretty soon I reckon. Especially if things are progressing as we hope.
I agree with you and that is why I believe he is simply being used by someone to try and increase the value of the club...
