    Maguire has been charged with "violence against officials, disobedience, bodily harm, insult and attempted bribery of an official".

    His lawyer will argue that those are his duties as Man Utd captain.

    So two of three best sides in Europe compete for the CL.trophy tomorrow. It is anyone's guess how Liverpool would do against either. Bayern often seem slightly intimidated playing Liverpool given their récord against the mighty Reds.
