totally agree thing is it in place right now till someone challenges it legally hopefully PFA will very soon
I really wouldn't worry about the takeover. I haven't heard anything new for a few days, but from what I have heard I'm happy enough that things are happening. On one side we've got Donald, losing money hand over fist, no guarantee of getting us up and no guarantee he'd make money if we do (in fact, very likely we'll still lose money) . On the other side we've got a billionaire, with a loan in play which he's guaranteed to get back. One can afford to sit and wait, one can't. So when people are saying Donald is playing hard ball, **** me, it's like playing poker with someone who keeps calling or raising when you know their hand, and you know it's weak and yours is better. Either the people saying things are happening are all wrong, which I doubt because I know and trust some of them, or Donald is in a losing position and losing the club
In a nutshell. I'd ask anyone, who's shoes would you rather be in, Donald or Fuhrman. Donald is losing money and has already lost all credibility, support and momentum. He knows that, if he fails for the 3rd time, he'll blow everything, the squad is dire. He'll sell because he has no choice.
I'll be honest, I'm not doubting magnus, he probably does get info, but I've heard no rumblings about the Russian apart from his post. He might well be right, but I'm sceptical whether he's involved. Everyone says sartori is, and even him being distant recently is possibly him not wanting to be inextricably linked to Donald and co. If sartori is involved his FiL could be without actually having his name on anything, I'm not convinced he'd want or need to be involved officially yet
Definitely, but like I say if Sartori is there his father in law will always know what's going on and can get involved. Did the same with his daughter didn't he? I'll be amazed if he's a part owner soon, but who knows, like I say I'm not going to criticise anyone giving info in good faith , it's just not something I've heard. Fuhrman is.
Given there were suggestions Charlie might be sticking around he might just keep his 6%. I dont think sartori will want fuhrman to have anymore than 74% so i can see Donald just selling his shares to fuhrman.
Charlie’s gone already hasn’t he? Thought sartori was keeping his 20% and then Rybolovlev getting the other 6 to completely get rid of salmon pants
He's not on the board any more but he's still a share holder. He'll probably want to keep them, apparently he got them for nowt so he'll want to hang on,nowt much to lose unless he can't afford to invest 6% of what anyone else does. But he might go. I think it's this kind of ****, and price, that could end up ****ing things up. Donald certainly has form for not signing off on deals, which is the only thing that makes me not completely confident, he's done it before. Mind last time he could afford to **** about, I don't think he can this time, but as the Grigg thing showed he's nowt if not a gambler. And even last time he ended up taking a loan he didn't want, hopefully he knows he's done and might as well get out with a bit of credit to his name
