It's a table that shows the predicted final league positions of our opponents, match-by-match. NOT the predicted position of our opponent on the day we play them, just their final predicted position at the end of the season. That's why there are no green squares with '1' in them along the row of our fixtures. Because '1' (top of the league) is our own predicted position. So the EFL expect us to win League One this coming season? That's nice of them. Beyond that, I don't think it really says much though. Certainly as a table with a view to representing something in an easy-to-understand way, it does not work for me. But I may be missing the point of what it's for.
