Why is it that the EU court said in 2014(?) possibly 2015 when Greenpeace took the UK to court, the court ruled that there was no "transparent laws on quota distributions"? Most just trade it to the EU. Like I say, I have not read the article, but looks to me that the guys running 29% of the show are the only ones who have UK boats?
