If a serious conversation, then it’s something that should be discussed ...

however , on here it’s mainly a joke subject used by some as “banter” and is pants ...

And making a settlement wouldn't do that?

Suits is closer to real life than whats in your heed mate.

A settlement requires no effort from solicitors.

Thats why they take on any client.

    No win no fee

I noticed it was Tam Forsyth's funeral, yesterday I think?

Two things immediately sprung to mind, the goal he scored and almost missed in the Scottish Cup Final against Celtic and that wonderful sliding tackle from behind against England at Wembley.

Aye because solicitors don't need to put a case together and the cùnts they're suing just fold and give up straight away.

Even for you that's a pretty stupid thing to say Mindy.

Actually i didn't say that but interesting its pretty much true.

If youre willing to spend or have a nefarious no win no fee solicitor you can sue for damages on anything.

There is actually a list of claimants in the uk that are barred from making any more claims unless authorised by a judge.

I believe theyre called vexatious claimants.

But what do i know im "pretty stupid"

Ah I see where you're going with this, Thompson's Solicitors are the said "nefarious no win no fee" solicitors aren't they? Or as the Sevco bloggers like to call them, Ambulance chasers!

Tell me Mindy, is British justice only for those that can afford it? How are the people, many of whom lives have been a disaster due to being abused as a child, meant to take on a cash rich corporation like Glasgow Celtic?

The Marxist brotherhood that the Celtic support believe themselves to be is a ****ing joke. Hypocrisy abounds. They demand justice for all and then call the people helping honest, working class people to get justice ambulance chasers!

    Mindys gonne Mindy I suppose.

I don't know about the reputation of Thompsons. What i am correcting you on is your belief that all solicitors involved are knights in shining armour.

I only read 1 Celtic blogger who has never mentioned them. How many do you read?

British justice is only for the rich in my experience. Voting Labour would have seen positive changes to legal aid. Ah well.

I don't know any Marxists but i do believe justice was served by the courts. You may not agree with the sentence but that is not the fault of a football club that supported the child abusers, unbeknownst to them, charity.
