I wonder if Sartori could be included in the friends deserting him camp. If the proposed deal share structure is as Magnus described, but Donald is holding out for a higher price as has been suggested, then I could see Sartori not liking that. There was also that rumor that Donald might try a deal Sartori's inlaws if he could. That would make Sartori a bit of a king maker in this. All idle internet speculation here of course.
