No. It's unrealistic advice and probably not good life advice, either. If someone can't have sex until they're married, then they're going to get married pretty early. If they get married to someone that they're sexually incompatible with, then they're far more likely to either get a divorce or cheat, so you're back to square one again.

Telling people to abstain doesn't work, regardless of how you back it up. Telling people to use condoms or they might die seems to have a better chance of success.
