Imagine if he was sticking to his guns over 37m and had actually refused 35m, bloody crazy. Hopefully all this is wide of the mark and things are just working there way through various legal governance

That's a big move for me and hopefully good news
Neil Fox is Donald's best work buddie been with him wherever he's been
If he's leaving SDs empire definitely crumbling
If Fox is leaving I don't think SD will be far behind

Fair play mate, you've continued to pass on what you know to us all.

Once we're back playing at the SOL you'll have no probs getting a beer when you're in town. Plenty will have one ready for you.

Fingers crossed we'll all be celebrating very soon.

That big Sunderland supporter, Oliver Cromwell, wrote this speech in 1653 weirdly predicting our feelings towards Donald, Methven and the whole sorry crew ... brings a tear to yer eye, cheers Olly marra.

    20 April 1653, London, England

"It is high time for us to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice.

Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good supporters.

Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would sell our club for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess?

Ye have no more love of Sunderland than my horse. Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the the Lads?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place, and turned the SOL into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices?

Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole support. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.

I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place.

Go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.

In the name of God, go!

£20-£21 million selling price to GF would make sense. £37 million - £7 million for Sartori’s share (if staying). -£9 FPP loan would get you at £21 million.

Can't read that. Without trying to do a very bad Richard Harris impression

Disco's dad is having a well earned holiday from this thread, just for a week, though, 'cos he's tried successfully to make this thread about him . . . . when it should be about tarts n that takeover stuff

Only 1 week 'cos, and I'm sticking my neck out here, I expect the takeover to be confirmed by then, but if he needs 3 weeks that can be arranged.

Sorry if you are genuine, but it doesn't seem like you are . . . . disruption seems to be your only aim :emoticon-0112-wonde

Niall Quinns Dad (bellend) said 'categorically' nowt is happening, then explained exactly and repetitively what wasn't happening.
    A lot.

All I’ve seen Magnus say is that he’s confident of the deal going through

Seems to me he posted a contrary opinion and then (quite long-windedly) tried to defend himself when attacked for it. If we're not allowed to post opinions that differ to other people what's the point?
