You refused to ban him for months and months, despite him repeating the same behaviour over and over. He was told to stop doing the same crap with HIAG and filling up thread after thread with their boring **** and kept doing it anyway. We had multiple people threaten to leave over it and yet he was untouchable. That's not protection? OK, then...
