As far as I understand Salma Hayek has taken out an injunction against this forum ... ... other than that there's been a takeover at Sunderland, a vaccine found for corona and a week's public holiday declared in England. But, back to Miss Hayek ......
Mrs Flanders attempted to make French Toast.....dear god...why does she even try... Have to say Selma Hayek has fantastic norks
I like the idea that we attack the attacker with the attackers own kind. Seems very fair to me. Wonder if the corona virus can wear a mask ?
Am not a medical expert but isn't a vaccine dead virus being introduced to the body so that the body can recognise it and create antibodies? The immune system can then recognise the live virus entering the body and attack it with the antibodies it learned to create to attack the dead virus? So technically vaccine and virus are the same thing only the vaccine is dead and therefore not harmful.
I'm no expert and haven't worked in that field for (gulp!) 15 years but here are a just couple of things that a vaccine could be other than a dead virus. a) It could be an inactivated or weakened live virus - there is always the possibility that these can mutate back in to the native disease-causing virus (used to happen sometimes with some early smallpox vaccines); b) It could be virus antigens that have been engineered into a bacterium that is grown in a fermenter and then broken apart to release the viral antigen into solution from where it is then removed for use as a vaccine; c) It could even be a sequence of a nucleic acid which is artificially synthesised and copied. There is always the possibility that a patient just happens to be hypersensitive to something in the vaccine (eg no matter how much you purify the vaccine there is always the possibility that a fragment of an egg protein gets into a single dose and that is given to a person who is allergic to eggs) and this could even affect b) and c) as well as a) Hope this helps.
One of the idiots at work managed to glue his phone to the bench with this new expandable purple glue we've recently got, but not learnt yet how more evil it is than our normal glue.
