I am insinuating that people in sub saharan africa with no knowledge and no concept of what a condom is may have some difficulty in understanding the concept. I dont think anyone is pro abstinence anti contraception... I think they are trying to show that they understand the concept and how it can work (in principle)
Well people don't choose the first one, which is why the area has a high incidence of AIDS, so surely the third should be promoted over the second?
Or promote the first which is 100% effective. If people choose not to listen to this advice, then surely the blame does not rest with the person offering that advice? Is that fair to say?
