EA need to sort their ****ing servers out, twice i've been disconnected during an ultimate team match so now i've got two losses, lost contracts and didnt get any coins.
EA servers have been ****e since just before madden came out. i dont expect them to get any better with the likes of Battlefield BC2 being played to death, Battlefield 3 beta, Madden recent release and now fifa. plus i thik ea have started a pass scheme thing to get priority use of servers or something like that.. not too sure
Just a question for all the lucky bastards who have it (I bought it cheap off eBay so I'll have to wait a wee bit) - do players sent on loan in Career Mode grow? Is there actually a decent player growth system now? I played way too much FIFA 11 Career Mode regardless of its glaring flaws and was just wondering if they've been ironed out.
On deadline day (summer window 2011), Wolves have offered £6m for Steven Taylor, and Stoke £8.5m for Gutierrez. My players mine EDIT: Wolves upped Taylor offer to £6.5m and again to £7.5m, and Stoke £11m for Guti!
Waiting for the post, and hoping FIFA 12 is amongst it as that was all I had planned for the day. Was shipped yesterday 1-2 day delivery.
A word of warning, be very careful defending in the box. Conceded three penalties so far this match (against CPU), two from clumsy challenges, one from Krul running out and taking the man not the ball.
Not been playing with 5* teams so can't make a direct comparison. It feels a lot more refined and polished, as you would expect from it having a couple of months more development than the demo did. Also the difficulty of the AI (on professional at least) was toned down in the day 1 patch. EDIT: Players really do grow at some pace. Just played QPR (so early September) and Taylor, Santon, Cabaye, Tioté and Kaz (on loan) have already gone up by 1 overall.
Did my ****ing head in. Especially since it was only single player vs CPU. I was winning both games 2-0 at half time as well, yet theyre now gonna be counted as DNF on my record because of the EA servers going down for maintenance... Is there anything you can do about this? Was on a right run with my UT winning 6-0 a couple of times. Erdinc and Wijnaldum behind him were on fire haha. Got Gutierrez and Ben Arfa now, so i might as well try to get a NUFC team together. Might just save up for that IF Demba Ba card. 30k+ though When do we get these free gold card packs from the pre order then?
Can you make a bid for someone on transfer deadline day and actually sign them. Or is it like the last one where you couldn't sign anyone if you bid for them in the last week?
