Fresh meat comes with a whole load of different problems and best left to the big firms who specialise. My last snackpot venture was all very fresh I also made soups. I’ll try to regain my place in the local markets & outlets where they sold well previously.

Loads of dried pot foods here, hundreds to choose from, some are crap, some better.

 

Meat alternatives bro, like plant-based ‘meat’. Majority of what’s on the shelves are produced by niche suppliers.

 

Looks like an Indonesian supermarket shelf but all those are now available in the UK, through Chinese supermarkets etc. Me and the Mrs were contemplating an Indonesian Fast Food outlet, in somewhere like Trafford centre as my retirement plan. Essentially Indonesian dishes using UK meats etc.

I looked up a few suppliers of this and they look very good but most of the feedback I got from my last venture was they bought it because it was fresh flavourful vegetarian food. Although there maybe possibilities for future use.
