he spends time with the coach driver, a lot if timetalking about routes and speedsand even air conditioning temp he spends time with the stadium manager and TA facilities manager and chef and Pricey the head of medicine. He has input into everything to do with the players and maybe if Douglas had listen on his fashion he might get more minutes

yes those crucial extra seconds make all the difference - devil’s in the detail I think what Angus was saying diplomatically is that bielsa’s a genius but worthy of the el loco nickname. In order to keep the genius at the club, they have a team that panders to the whims of the loco. Which is a small price to pay and the right strategy when you see the results on the pitch. you can see why bielsa doesn’t fit in everywhere though!
