So... Trumps attempts to stop postal voting in the next elections.

(Trump's) argument for - it could result in not knowing the results for months, or indeed the result being seriously corrupted by flaws in the system. This comes after the new Postmaster General Louis Dejoy warned every State that it may not be able to process postal votes in time for the November 3rd election due to plans to streamline the postal service as a result of lack of funding.

(Democrats' and critics') argument against - The postmaster general Louis Dejoy just happens to be a Trump donor. He started the role in June. He has proposed structural changes and budget cuts which he claims are needed to put it on an operational footing as dwindling revenues tumble further during the pandemic. The claim against Trump is that he is seeking to reduce voter turnout in a bid to boost his share of the vote and to undermine the credibility of the election result should he lose.

Fake news - "Democrats want to make postal voting mandatory across the country instead of polling stations." There is no evidence to suggest this. Democrats have advocated States having the right to have postal voting as an option in addition to polling stations.

Fake news - part of the argument against postal voting is potential fraud, citing California and claiming they send out postal votes to dead people and illegal immigrants. Factcheck have confirmed this as untrue. No postal votes go out to dead people or illegal immigrants in California. The story around illegal immigrants was from a group called "Students for Trump" who used misleading information about certain illegal immigrants being allowed to vote in school board elections.
