Spicy fried pork. It actually looks nice, not sure about the eggs.

Well I was to a degree, I fry boiled eggs in an egg curry so thought why wouldn’t it work Thai style? It did although I think on hindsight I wouldn’t fry the so much.

I’ve started up another catering business in the UK, selling snackpots to my old markets under a different name selling exclusively Thai food. Won’t be available until I can manage the taste and quality. With no flights in or out of the kingdom for the foreseeable future that could be some time.

I don't understand this. Why would you start up a business, but then put it on hold due to no flights for the foreseeable future. So what happens to all the ingredients and any employee's during that time. Sounds a bit arse about face, surely no manufacturer or catering outlet is going to do business with you, while you are licking your finger and sticking it in the air, like a weathervane.

When I said started I meant everything’s in place, the initial recipes and information are in place and have been created by my good friend to those instructions. Of course I have to taste these plus other things regarding production and procurement of premises. I need to be able to come and go freely to enable these things. Hence it’s on hold until this is achievable.
