Nasri refused to shake Gallas' hand much to the delight of Arsenal fans. They're not lauding Nasri for his immaturity now are they?

Tevez was used as the poster boy for a petty jibe at the United. Bet he's not so welcome in Manchester now.

Surely it's only a matter of time until Wilshire with his Twitter nonsense and thug behaviour and Suarez with his constant petulance and cheating on the pitch, end up the same way?

I don't think we have anyone like that at Spurs, do we?

Rafa can be a bit petulant at times.
    Probably because he so competitive.
But, no there are no egos like that.

    Well, he is on loan...

VDV has taken up Keane's mantle of getting stroppy when substituted, whilst Bostock is your Typical Young English Footballer.

So VDV is the only one in the first team, pehaps the answer is to put him on the bench, that way he'll never be subbed off :)

I understand why van der Vaart gets a little annoyed at being taken off, to be honest.
He needs to play 90 minutes more often, so that he can get used to playing at the pace of the Premier League for entire games.
The problem is that it's often not the best thing for the team if he does, as he runs out of steam.
    It's quite a circular problem.
Not fit enough to play 90 minutes, so he never completes a game, so he never builds up the stamina to be effective for 90 minutes.

Redknapp should've rotated him with Kranjcar far more last season and let him finish more games, but start less of them.

Do we have any stroppy players?
    Probably.
Pavlyuchenko and Dos Santos, plus Gallas and Adebayor came to us with bad reputations, though they've yet to show why in our colours.

Nasri appears to be well known for being a dislikeable twat, by the way.
    Ribery despises him.
When Nasri's girlfriend, tennis player Tatiana Golovin, was seen cosying up with some American player on tour, Ribery got a picture of it blown up and stuck it on the team notice board, while they were away with the French national side.
The rest of the players were laughing at it, but one of the coaches took it down before Nasri saw it, as he'd have gone mental, apparently.
Henry, Makelele and Evra can't stand him, either.

Gallas and Nasri have a bit of previous, too, all stemming from an incident on the French team coach during Euro 2008 when Nasri was sat in Henry's seat (yes, I know...), to the point Nasri refused to speak to Gallas for the next two years - which was a problem, as they happened to be playing for the same club.

He also brought it up when left out of their World Cup squad, used it as an excuse to say they would've done better if he was in the squad, and thought refusing to shake Gallas' hand would mentally scar him for life (instead, we won 3-2...)

If it was only Gallas and him that had fallen out, then I'd think that it was just one of those thing, Croydon.
As it appears to be most of France, I'd say that it's probably something stemming from him!

The point is that we both as supporters and a club, don't wish to condone bad behavior as in the above cases. I was pleased Adebayor apologised for his celebration ahead of the NLD, it shows he's grown up beyond the petty disputes, just as he did by signing for us.

We have had a few players like this in the past who's attitude was all wrong like Taarabt.

Think a few got a bit like this last season becasue of the size of the squad and lack of game time, see Hutton, Bentley and O'Hara comments in the past.

Yeah but they get punished and marginalised, not praised like the others I listed were.
